We use links on our website that lead to other websites (external links); these are specially marked. Their content is not hosted on our server. The external content of these links was reviewed when the links were created. However, it cannot be ruled out that the content has been subsequently modified by the respective providers. § 9 Integration of Google Maps

(1) On this website, we use Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map feature.

(2) When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in § 2 of this policy is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you do not wish for this data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its website to your needs. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, in which case you must contact Google to exercise this right.

(3) For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plugin provider, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information regarding your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the United States and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield:https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

§ 10 Embedding of YouTube Videos

(1) We have embedded YouTube videos in our online offering that are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. [These are all embedded in “enhanced privacy mode,” meaning that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube unless you play the videos. Only when you play the videos is the data mentioned in paragraph 2 transmitted. We have no influence over this data transmission.]

(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in § 2 of this statement is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish for this data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its website to your needs. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, in which case you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

(3) For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube, please refer to the privacy policy. There you will also find further information regarding your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the U.S. and has submitted to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

§ 11 Use of Google Fonts

(1) Our websites use fonts provided by Google, known as Google Fonts. This service is provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Every time you visit our pages, fonts are loaded from Google servers. In addition to the data specified in § 2 of this Privacy Policy, information about which of our pages you are visiting at the time of access is also transmitted to Google. This data may be stored by Google and, if you have a Google account to which you are logged in at the time of access, may also be linked to your Google profile.

(2) The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

(3) If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

(4) For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information regarding your rights in this regard and settings options to protect your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the U.S. and has submitted to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield:https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

§ 12 Use of Social Media Plug-ins (Instagram)

(1) We currently use Instagram as a social media plug-in. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the plug-in providers. You can identify the plug-in provider by the label on the box indicating its initial letter or logo. We provide you with the option to communicate directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Only when you click on the marked field and thereby activate it does the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. In addition, the data specified in § 2 of this statement is transmitted. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is therefore transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of U.S. providers, in the United States). Since the plug-in provider collects data primarily via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser’s security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

(2) We have no influence over the data collected or the data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the retention periods. We also have no information regarding the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

(3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses this data for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its website to user needs. Such analysis is carried out in particular (including for users who are not logged in) to display targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, in which case you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. Through the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

(4) Data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, the data we collect about you is directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, share the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this allows you to avoid linking the action to your profile with the plug-in provider.

(5) For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plugin provider, please refer to the privacy policies of these providers listed below. There you will also find further information regarding your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy.

(6) Address of the plug-in provider and URL with the corresponding privacy policy:
