Unplanned pregnancy – we're here for you

An unplanned pregnancy often raises many questions. Some people know right away what they want to do. Many others need time to carefully weigh the pros and cons.

You don’t have to go through this phase alone. We’ll support you with empathy as you make your decision, so you can choose what’s right for you. Your personal wishes, concerns, and life circumstances are our top priority. Our counseling is confidential, non-judgmental, and empathetic.

Support following a termination of pregnancy

Even after a termination of pregnancy, difficult emotions such as sadness, doubt, or guilt may persist. If you would like to talk about this or are looking for support, we are here for you—discreetly and with understanding.

When pregnancy becomes a burden

Pregnancy can also come with worries and uncertainties. You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed or facing difficult questions:

  • What will happen financially?

  • Will my relationship change?

  • Will I have to handle this situation on my own?

  • Am I worried about my professional or personal future?

Such thoughts are not uncommon—and you don’t have to deal with them alone.

Changes Related to Childbirth

The birth of a child brings not only joy but can also present challenges. Relationships change, and new conflicts may arise or existing ones may intensify.

Even after the birth, emotional lows can occur: the so-called “baby blues” are quite common. In some cases, however, this can develop into postpartum depression. If you notice that you’re not feeling well, it’s important to seek support.
