If you have questions that your gynecologist was unable to fully address, our doctors are here to help. We can advise you on:
Menstrual cycle issues and menstrual problems
Questions about contraception or fertility
Genital discomfort
Pain or other issues during sex, e.g., vaginismus
Questions about menopause
Fear of gynecological exams
Contraception for those with physical or mental disabilities
If you feel hesitant or even anxious about gynecological exams, you’ve come to the right place. We’ll address your concerns and work with you to find a solution that allows you to undergo exams without anxiety in the future.
If you have concerns about visiting a gynecological practice due to a disability, we are here to help. A consultation with our doctors does not automatically mean that a physical examination is required.
The Family Planning Center is not a gynecologist’s office in the traditional sense. We cannot bill health insurance companies and cannot provide care to individuals without long-term health insurance. We can only perform laboratory tests in certain cases and to a limited extent. We would be happy to help you find a practice that meets your needs.
To ensure we can devote sufficient time to you and your concerns, we ask that you call us to schedule an appointment.
